Travel time
Unlike here, temperatures range between 17°C and 25°C from the end of April to September, although it is definitely a few degrees warmer inland. The Croatian winter is relatively mild, so the motorcycling season runs from March to November without any problems. If you love solitude, you should plan your motorcycle trip for May, as the country only fills up with tourists in the following months. In addition, the temperatures are still mild and you can watch nature come to life in peace.
Wet roads in Croatia
Caution: Many Croatian roads have extremely poor grip in wet conditions! With two wheels, the ride out quickly becomes a dangerous slippery ride. Some Croatians therefore prefer to leave their motorcycles in the garage when it rains.
