Right of return

Shopping without risk: at TILSBERK you can simply return ordered goods if you are not satisfied and get your money back.

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days (see terms and conditions), we voluntarily offer you a 30-day right of return for our products. Try out our systems at your leisure and see for yourself - it's your turn. If you are not satisfied with a product, we will take it back within 30 days and refund the purchase price.

Prerequisite:

  • the product must be undamaged, with the exception of the mounting material
  • Important: separate mounting and/or fastening kits from the accessories range can only be returned unused and undamaged

Please return the product to us together with your proof of purchase and, if possible, in the original packaging and ensure that it cannot be damaged during transportation.

Return shipment

You can easily create your return yourself in our returns portal.

You will then receive a returns label with which you can easily send your order back to us. You can find all further information on the process in the portal.

  • Returns within Germany are free of charge for you.
  • If you are returning goods from abroad, we will charge a shipping fee depending on the country from which you are returning the goods to us in Germany. We will deduct this amount from the refund amount of the return. You can find the shipping costs for your country in the following overview:

Shipping your return

With us you have the choice: If you want to return a delivery from abroad to us in Germany, you can either:

  1. Request a pre-paid returns label directly in our returns portal...
  2. ...or use a provider of your choice for the return shipment.
If you decide to use our pre-paid returns label:
In the overview above, you will find the respective flat-rate shipping costs that we charge you for returns from abroad.

If you decide to use a shipping service provider of your choice for the return shipment:
In this case, we will not charge you a flat-rate shipping fee for your return. It may be cheaper for you to arrange the shipping yourself with a provider of your choice.

Please use our returns portal to notify us of your return, even if you are using a shipping service provider of your choice. This will help us to process your return as quickly as possible. If you do not announce your shipment via our returns portal, there may be delays in the processing process, as we can only assign it manually after it has arrived.

Special case: Unfortunately, we cannot offer return labels in Norway. In this case, you must send your return to us yourself and pay sufficient postage. However, please use the returns portal so that we have all the correct data and can process your return as quickly as possible.
